Hi All,
There is no data in sys.dm_os_performance_counters on an instance. I was facing this issue some weeks ago and found out that a restart of the instance resolves the issue. It did, and I was given the counters values after I restarted the instance, but today I see again that the view does not have the perf counters values.
Any advise or suggestion on this situation ... ?

check your error log are you getting error 3409? If so visit following MS link:
