  Ok I have a Merge and Transactional Replication Running

  The System Analyst Needs New Fields To Be Add To a Table which is in the Merge Replication

  The New Field(s) is needed to be replicated to the subscribers

  How do I replicate Only the field or Hev I no ascape from ReInitialize the subscription

  You can run sp_repladdcolumn to add a new

  column of an already published table.

  check the parameters in BOL, and allow NULLs in the new column.
