I have to examine a Sybase sysmon file, unfortunately I don't know if the values I am looking at are good/bad/indifferent.
Does anyone know of any good resources that might tell me what I am looking for?
A lot of information is broken down into three categories
Per second.
Per Transaction
Total.
I have one particular setting that says Page splits 0.4 per second, 77 per transactions, 477 total. I am not sure if this is normal or not.
I should be grateful for any help that you can offer.

Interpreting Sybase sysmon output is something of an art, and mileage will vary depending upon your installation. Sybase teaches an advanced p&t class that spends time looking at sp_sysmon output.
