Hi All,
I am from India, from 3+ years am working in same company but I am not getting good salary. I want to switch the job. When i have joined I was working as support, from 1 year I am working as SQL DBA. I am putting in my resume 3+ year as SQL DBA. I have learnt with myself only and now I know performance tuning(not in deep), Log shipping, user access, backup and restore.
But when I attend any interview everytime interviewer will ask some tricky question that I could not give answer.
I fed up to search job. I dont know what to do.
Can someone please suggest me , what I have to do to get a job.

I can only give you some support and advice in general terms.
- Keep trying, try not to be discouraged.
- For the "tricky questions" that you do not have an answer to, try to make a mental note and look it up after you are done with the interview. It will help you in the next interview.
- If there is a particular area you are having trouble answering questions on, try to get as much information as possible by reading articles/blogs, etc.
You probably knew all of this before.

Yes, and if you don't know the answer to a question, be honest about it! If you can throw something in about how you'd find the answer, or what you'd do based on the information you do know, that's likely to impress the interviewer.
