Hi All,
Yesterday I did recovery of one database and one table was empty even though backup was successful and there was no report about any errors. Could you tell me if there is some other way (then SQL Server Logs and Maintenance task history) to check what went wrong, and why contents of table was gone? In previous backup and in current one, table is again full.

Are you sure that at the time of the backup - this table was not empty?
Have you tried creating a new blank db and restoring the same backup file to see if the table is non-empty?

yes, this is what I did. I created new empty database and there restore the backup. Table was empty.
We come up with some idea what can be a problem: that could be cased be replication that runs every hours. We disabled it and observe if it helps 🙂
Have a nice day!
