Hello Expert,
In our shop I have team of few individuals that I would like for them to manage all SSRS subscriptions "Subscription Manager" regardless who created them. Is this achievable out of the box? if so which one of these roles below at minimum the user should have? - Thank you!

	ConfigMgr Report Administrators	May perform all tasks related to reports for Configuration Manager.
	ConfigMgr Report Users	May run reports and create report subscriptions for Configuration Manager.
	Content Manager	May manage content in the Report Server. This includes folders, reports and resources.
	MBAM Report Users.	Can view MBAM folders and reports and subscribe to reports.
	My Reports	May publish reports and linked reports; manage folders, reports and resources in a users My Reports folder.
	Publisher	May publish reports and linked reports to the Report Server.
	Report Builder

For out of the box roles, the only one that can do that is Content Manager and the permissions would be way too much for what you want You have a few other roles that were created with MBAM but those don't look like they would have the permissions needed.
You may want to create a user defined role in SSRS. If you want them to be able to manage any parts of subscriptions, you would add the tasks: Manage Reports and Manage All Subscriptions.
To create the role -
In SSMS, connect to Reporting Services, and in reporting services go to security, right click on roles and select New Role. A window pops up for entering the Name of the role, description. The bottom section has the tasks to select. After the role is created, from the folder level on the home page select New Role Assignment to add a user to that role.

Thanks for the guidance. I don't have enough rights to create user defined role in SSRS. So I go for Content Manager route. This was I did.
-Create "Folder A"
-Gave "User A", Browser & Content Manager roles to that "Folder A"
-Put "Report A" in that Folder A.
-Login as my self and create a "Subscription A" for Report A
-Login as User A & can see Report A. However he does not see Subscription A

What am I doing wrong?

On the home page for Report Manager, go to the band underneath where it says home...same area where you create the folder. Click on the "Folder Settings" and then set the role assignments from there. It would be better if you could contact someone who does have permissions to create new roles and ask them create that role for you. They will have way more permissions than they need when Content Managers.
