We have a handful of subscriptions that email a spreadsheet to users. This has worked for quite awhile and suddenly is failing.
The error reads that there are insufficient rights for the user (me, w/ admin rights) to email. Any thoughts on what could change this all of a sudden?

The account used to send subscription is not your account but SSRS service account which must have relevant permissions in the SMTP server used to send your subscription. There is another option which lets you create an account for unattended execution which can be used to run subscriptions. The first link covers standard subscription requirements including a copy of the Web.Config file related to subscription, the second link covers the unattended account. I can answer most questions related to subscription so post again if you still need help.
