Hi there,
I have a report that contains a sub-report called Actions. The report contains a true/false parameter called Show Actions. If false is selected, the actions sub-report is not displayed.
However, I have a number of other parameters that only relate to the Actions sub-report and I would like to only make those parameters appear if Show Actions is set to true. Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, how do you do it?
It is Reporting Services 2005 I'm using btw
Thanks

You could make them dynamic...so once you say "No" don't show the sub, set all the subsequent parameters to "N/A"....so the users can just select Run Report instead of selecting them all...

Thanks for you're reply.
I'm still a bit new to reporting services - how do you make parameters N/A based on results of other parameters?

I don't believe that this is possible with reporting services... you can ignore parameters, but you cannot hide / enable one parameter based on another. If you have ever used .Net I would recommend that you create an ASPX page to display the report. Then, you will have full control over the parameter "input" section.
