Hi there,
well, maybe I'm the only one, but I like looking at the profile of other members. Basically to get some impression on the other person behind the user name. Therefore I really appreciate when someone provides a picture (don't ask, I change mine when successfully upgrading my Suse 8.1 to 8.2, so give me two weeks ).
I do believe that a lot of members have pics of themselves, but I don't know how many of them have the ability to store them on some webspace. So, my question is, can't SQL Server Central jump here right in? (Snitz forum supports this).
Cheers,
Frank

We can probably support the web space, don't know about letting them upload via Snitz - will have to see why we don't right now. For now if anyone wants an image uploaded send it to me, I'll upload and send you back the URL to list in your profile.

thanks for this!
I'll send mine, once the above mentioned problem is solved.
Sending pictures to you should be the only option to choose, uploading directly to your server look like a potential security risk to me. And even unnecessary, because the pictures are not supposed to change frequently. What I meant with 'Snitz supports this'.. was that you are able to link to your own server like
Picture URL = http//www.sqlservercentral.com/somedirectory/somepicture.
Cheers,
Frank
