Hi there, not sure what you mean by baselines. Do you mean performance wise, in terms of CPU, logical IO, etc?

In that case, I would highly recommend SQL Sentry Plan Explorer. You can use it to measure various metrics around execution of a procedure as well as capturing execution plans. The Pro version has history features built in, so you can make tweaks to things and compare how well the code performs after making the changes. It's an absolutely fantastic tool.
