Hi,
I have a database which is split front end (Access 2000) back end (SQL Server 2000). This is used by about 15 people. I have a problem with one of the users. Their computer had a recent rebuild and ever since they have not had full access to the database, they can open the front end, view the tables etc but can not execute the stored procedures, nor can we look at the design view of the stored procedure. In this users database when looking at the database window all the stored procedures have a ;1 after the name. This is not present on anyone elses. It is not a permissions problem as when they log into someone elses there are no problems at all. I think it is something to do with the system set up but have tried everything I can think of. The connection to the sql server is also fine.
Please can anyone help?
Thanks

Sounds like you need to install the SQL 2000 readiness patch from Microsoft. SQL 2000 was released over a year after Access 2000 so Access requires the update for the new SQL features.
This was fixed in Access SR-1/SR-1a. You should update the computer using the Office Update web site.

It may be something as simple as using the MS Access Linked Table manager and refreshing the links.
