stored procedure in Oledb source

    i m using stored procedure in oledb source to get the result set from different tables and migrate that in to one destination table.

    Is there any issue using stored procedure in oledbsource(exec sp_name) in ssis?

    One of my collegue arguing that u don't use stored procedure.

    what is wrong with using SP.

    What does ur colleague says is wrong about using stored procedures? What does he/She says as an alternative to stored procedures?

    he is telling that use transformations.

    I m using transformation too(but few).
