Stored Proc Permissions

    Good day Experts,
    I am a SysAdmin and i have two stored procs on the same database.I can run one them successfully and the other one gives back an error.Login failed for user "AAAAAA"'.
    As a Sysadmin  i have all rights.What might be the cause?

    Does the one that fails involve a linked server or an OPENROWSET command or something like that?

    Does the failing stored procedure contains the EXECUTE AS clause?

    @john-2, Yes the proc reads from a linked server and i tested the connection, it's successfull.
    @ Han Shi , the proc doesn't contain "Execute As" Clause

    Check the how the logins, security is setup for the linked server - sounds like that is likely the issue.
