Stop Recovery Progress. Urgent help needed

    there must be a way to 'kill' a restoring database and just drop it and then its associated files, where one can create the db again and restore from a previous set of mdf and ldf files. running a syn of sort to the master etc. would solve this issue right? [PS Not sure of the syn command]

    This would be a faster approach to messing with a restoring db that might be suspect.

    anyone?
