In Sql Server Maintainance part, how can i see what statement ( I mean i need to see the complete statement) being executed for a particular processid. In Sql Server 2000 Enterprise Manager, it shows the command being executed like, update, select etc.. but it doesnt show entire statement.
Is there any way to see the complete statement being executed for a Particular Process Id.
Thanks to Everyone all in Advance.

No, you need to have a trace running and look it up there to see it. You can use Profiler for this.

Thanks Mr. Chris. I think that is where the profiler comes in action.
Thank you very much.

maybe you can have a first glimp using DBCC INPUTBUFFER (spid)
Offcourse profiler will be your main analysis tool.
