Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition?

  We have several SQL05 Enterprise Edition servers that were setup before I started this job.

  I have been tasked with moving allot of our DB's from SQL05 Enterprise edition to standard edition, for costs reasons.

  How can I determine if my Db's will be okay moving from SQL05 Enterprise edition to SQL08 R2 Standard Edition (when released)?
