SSRS(from one server) integration with Sharepoint(another server)?

  Just would like to know can a reportserver from one server be integrated with share point installed in another server.

  There are some reports developed in one server and need to be integrated with sharepoint in another server where Top management have access to.

  can it be done? or both(SSRS and Sharepont) have to be installed on the same server?

  If it can be done, can anyone provide the steps to do it.
