In an attempt to make a long story short, the databases used by the 2 users using SQL Server Reporting Services 2005 were blown away. After we recovered them, we had connection issues. Basically what I ended up doing was uninistalling Reporting Services on the server where it is housed (runs Windows Server 2003 SP2) then reinstalled Reporting Services 2005 and SP3. I set up a default and named instance for the 2 different users and pointed to the appropriate databases on our remote cluster running SQL Server 2005 SP3. Upon reconfiguration, one of my users gets the following error when going to his URL:
Failed to load expression host assembly. Details: Could not load file or assembly 'FSAReportResources, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=26c5e2ccf2b9267c' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (rsErrorLoadingExprHostAssembly)
I am completely new to Reporting Services, and this was my first install. Does anyone have any idea why he would get this error? Do you think it would be because his report was created at a lower SP on Reporting Services? Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated! 🙂
Thanks!!

BTW, the answer to this was for the application to be reloaded so that it could export the .dll files again. Once done, everything worked.
