We have 2 servers with SSRS called LIVE and TEST respectively. Another user can deploy a report to TEST and it shows the correct owner form CompanyName\SurnFore (the current login form). Same user deploys to LIVE and the owner shows as CompanyName\Forename.Surname. On TEST he can modify a subscription on the report, but on LIVE he get rsUnknownUserName. The error logs are below.
Other authorised users, including me, are able to do both these things on both servers without problem. The user with the problem is a member of mostly the same active directory security groups as me. he is a member of the same security roles etc on both SSRS servers.
Anybody have any clues as to where to start looking?

LOGS - truncated, hopefully to show the problem with the subscription amendment

I noticed you are receiving the same error I am reciving on two of my SSRS 2012 servers. Have you found a resolution?

Did you get this error when adding an AD group or an AD User? I get this error when attempting to add a group. Users will add.
