SSRS Reports -- I am not getting COLUMN TITLES in every page ( Why is that )

    1.)I created a SSRS report using VS2015
    2.)Then deployed.
    3.)Works fine, but when you get to the next page ( page # 2 and above ) I don't see the column headers. 

    Please see attached # 1 for the settings I made before deployment.
    Please see attached #2 that shows how my report appears without column headers.

    So I did mark the check boxes ( I think I marked them right ... unless you tell me I didn't )

    Thom: The reason why I had to add a duplicate is because I had forgotten
    to include the word SSRS ( which will catch the users attention ) ....

    Unfortunately this site does not allow you to edit the TOPIC TITLE.
    That is why I had to use a second post
