I do not know how to ask this question. This is hard for me to explain but here goes nothing...
I have hundreds of SSRS reports that query data from our SQL server. So we are versed at creating and deploying reports.
But what we want to do is create a "report" or link in our SSRS site home page that fires a URL. I don't know how to do this.
So, for example, what if I want a user to click a "report" in our SSRS site that simply fires http://www.google.com
Is there a way to do this?
Sorry for the vagueness of this question? I am not sure how to explain it better, so I'm hoping someone can read my mind 🙂

Your SSRS home page, is this Report Manager?

Yes. Mine specifically is:
http://myServerName/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx
...where myServerName is the name of my SQL/SSRS server

I'm not sure you can achieve this in Report Manager. Maybe you can upload a .htm file?
You can upload various types of files, but it's hard to predict how SSRS will act on them.
Upload a File or Report (Report Manager)
