    Like everything else...it depends.
What happens if you type in your user id and password? Do you eventually get in or do you get a blank screen and error?
Does it make a difference if you right click on IE and do a Run As Administrator? Is it just when doing this from one server that you have the problem?
Do you have any errors in the report server service log file when this happens?

  • Hi, when i type my user and password or another account , i couldn't connect to SSRS (IE ask me the credentials again).
I try to RUN AS the IE with differents credentials and couldn't connect to SSRS, dont show me an error only IE ask me again and again the credentials.

If you normally have access then just use your own account. You would usually want to try a few times as sometimes it will let you in - which usually means it's more of a client side issue.
On the run as, you would do run as administrator, not a different set of credentials. And there were some other questions in there....

From the server you are having problems, try adding the site to the Local Intranet zone. Go to Tools - Internet Options - Security - Local Intranet - Sites
If the default settings are in place for Local Intranet, it normally shouldn't prompt for credentials. You could check the User Authentication settings for the Local Intranet zone.
