HI
I have one report with two subscriptions setup on server (both subscriptions delivery is e-mail, same file format)
Subscription one
Runs daily at 01:00 AM
Parameter values as follow
Start date = Last Week (also the default value)
End date = Today (also the default value)
Exclude value = 'blank' (also the default value)
Subscriptions two
Runs ones a moth on the 1st day of moth
Parameter values as follow
Start date = Last Month
End date = Yesterday
Exclude Value = 'Listed'
Report one works 100% BUT after each daily run when I go in to check on subscription two all its parameter values are removed/empty.
The people phone me every month to ask for the monthly report which does not generate as result of the empty parameters.
Why does Subscription two set/saved parameters disappear?
How do I fix Subscription two to ensure the parameters do not disappear?
Thank you

Check your sql dataset query for 'Exclude Value'. If that query results list changes all the time then that is the issue. I have seen this many times and dont know the technical details on it, the error message is something like: "subscription contains an invalid parameter."

Many thanks for the replay
I have changed the list to make use of available values. That also did not solve the problem.
I have eventually made a separate report instance with its own subscription and it is now working.
It is still not ideal, as in the event that changes to the report is made it need to be uploaded for each report instance.
