SSRS How to clone permissions to another user (folders and reports)

    Hello,
    I have a new employee which need to get exactly the same permission for reports like a veteran worker.
    the issue is that there is a an hundred reports in many folders at the SSRS.
    I can't find a way to clone a permissions for the new employee like the veteran employee.

     Can you please advise?

    I would try to
    1) get veteran's permissions using a script (see link below) 
    2) save the same permissions with new username (table ReportServer.dbo.PolicyUserRole)
