SSRS hiding columns in cross tab

  Hi All,

  I am creating an SSRS report as shown in the image below.

  The report(cross tab) basically shows the scores/rating of each employee in a particular field(SQL, .NET etc). The city field is the the location where the employee works/resides and score is basically the strength of employee in the specific field. The Avg State score and the Avg Country Score shows the average scores for the state and the country respectively in a given field. The report will be run for a specific state(parameter). Since the State rating is going to be the same for all the employees, I want to show this at the end and I don't want to repeat it for all the cities/employees. Is there a way to achieve this? Please advice.
