Hello,
I would like to be able to send the report via email.
I have created the custom datasource...
but in the subscription I do not see the Email whereas I see the "windows file share"
Question:
1- How can I get the Email to be added to the "Delivered By" list please?
2- can I have email subscription with shared datasource?
Thanks

I could be completely wrong here but I guess in reporting services configuration manager under E-mail Settings tab SMTP server must be set to have this enabled for that instance of a report server.

1. Setup SMTP Server settings in SSRS Configuration Manager
2. Yes.

I think you can use the shared datasource for your dataset within a report and schedule it as a normal report. Are you having any issue with this ?
