We're considering hosting a database on a SQL 2014 Cluster. The Application uses SSRS, but we don't have a SQL Reporting Services server yet, but we do have a SSRS 2012 Server.
The documentation lists SQL 2008 R2 through 2014 as being supported. Should there be any concern about having the reports run on SSRS 2012 with the DBs on SQL 2014?

I don't think that you will have problems.
SSRS reports can read data from most OLEDB providers so using a different version of SQL for reports should be OK.

I haven't tested with 2014 DB on SSRS 2012, but I know when I had 2012 DBs using SSRS 2008 it threw up an error when you tried to run the query via Query Designer in the datasets (the exact wording escapes me right now). So you might get something like this, but it is ok it won't stop anything happening. It just states you are using a lower version of SSRS and a higher DB.
