I have a fairly simple report formatted on legal / landscape with .25" margins all around.
I have to pivot tables (matrix objects) on the report a header, footer and a few label text boxes.
I am trying to place the page number text box "right aligned" in the footer.
I size my report body to 13" wide by 5" tall but when I preview / pdf I get extra pages. I thought the matrix parts were pushing it over but they are not. They fit on 2 of the 4 pages easily.
When I resize the report body to 7" or so wide the problem goes away. However, my page numbers are no longer on the right margin.
I've been fighting with this for a good bit and can't seem to get over it.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Nick

Is it possible to post some screenshots with these problems?

Sure... here are some screenshots with descriptions
I dug a little deeper and found that if the body width is 6.8" there are no extra pages in PDF / print layout. However, if I set the body width to 6.9" a third blank page is produced even though my report width is set to 14" and margins are all .25".
