Hi,
I am trying to port 2008R2 report server databases to 2019 on a different machine. I found one solution (not specific for 2008R2) and tried it.
https://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/6323/move-sql-reporting-services-to-another-server/
I got every thing moved. But report data sources and subscription were somehow messed up. I can fix those data sources in reports but the problem is with subscriptions. We have over a thousand subscriptions and that would be a very time consuming task to recreate them all over again.
My question is : Is it possible to migrate SSRS 2008 R2 databases to 2019? Do I need to upgrade to an intermediate version first?
Ours is a standard edition and the new server is the same standard one. OS is windows.
