We've recently upgrade our reportserver from 2005 to 2008 using a backup/retsore to the new server. We are now experiencing an issue where soms subscriptions are no longer running. They are not reporting errors but just not kicking off. They are not using a shared schedule either. Odd Odd thing is that some of the scheduled reports are working just fine.
Anyone have any ideas?

It may be related to what Microsoft is saying in the late breaking changes below however I need to explain the technical issues better than Microsoft Win2003 comes with IIS that runs SMTP while Vista and Win2008 comes without SMTP however Asp.net developers are using a free one so let me know if you need it. If the breaking change is relevant to your problem.

I've tracked it down to the subscription existing in the reportschedule table but the job referred to by the ScheduleId not being on the agent. Only question now is how to resolve this.

Then you may have to try to modify the schedule if that does not work then you have to create a new one this is assuming those issues are not relevant to you.
