SSRS 2008 Subscriptions

  • Hi,

    I'm encountering an issue where none of my subscriptions are working. I have setup a schedule to run and send an email when a report is generated. Checked SMTP is set up and still nothing.

    Any assistance much appreciated.

  • Firstly, check if you can run the report your subscribing to correctly as yourself, interactively.

    Secondly, make sure SQL agent is running, and if so, check the SQL agent job monitor to see if its running, and if its failing. You might be able to get some information from the error logs.
