Hi Everyone,
I am a newbie to SSRS 2008 Reporting services ,Can anyone Please tell me why SSRS 2008 is made independent to IIS .Also,Please tell me how the Report Deployment can happen

Well...SSRS is a reporting service that uses a myriad of web services and web pages. IIS is the service that hosts those web services and pages. I don't really understand your question about deploying reports without IIS.
