And if integrated mode causes your hair to fall out - I jest, but I am bald! - then you can install the SSRS WebParts 2.0 cab file into SharePoint to get the SSRS management interface (

I actually use SSRS Web Services to render my files (PDF/XLS) and then use the SharePoint Client API to save this into the required list.
