2012, single node server. Mixed authentication mode.
Starting the Saturday before last my server started emailing me the following error about once a minute.
DESCRIPTION:SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x8009030c, state 14 while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. Reason: AcceptSecurityContext failed. The Windows error code indicates the cause of failure. The logon attempt failed [CLIENT: 127.0.0.1]
I don't see the failures in windows event logs, I ran the sql profiler and it shows no failed logins. I checked the domain account that SQL Server runs under and the account is valid and password is not expired.
How do I find the source of this whatever that is trying to log in and failing? Obviously it is something local to the machine, but I can't find anything to show errors other than the email alerts I am getting.

Did you also check the security event log on the server - especially around the time of the errors?
