SSMS 2016 Default Open + Save Path for Scripts?.

  • Hello,

I finally found the settings in the registry and ssms.application.pkgdef file to get the default pathes for STR + O and STR + S for Scripts (*.sql) changed in SSMS 2012. In SSMS 2016 this does not work anymore. Can anyone help how to set them now in SSMS 2016.

    thanks

RBAR is pronounced "ree-bar" and is a "Modenism" for Row-By-Agonizing-Row.
First step towards the paradigm shift of writing Set Based code:
________Stop thinking about what you want to do to a ROW... think, instead, of what you want to do to a COLUMN.

Change is inevitable... Change for the better is not.
