Has anyone setup SSISDB 2014 with the Always-On feature. If so, could you provide some step-by-step documentation.

Could you be a little more specific? Are you having issues setting it up? The functionality should work the same as any other database in the Availability Group.

Have seen it but not done it. There is a script you need to put on your jobs to make sure they execute on the right node and to re-encrypt the master key after failover.
Also once you've done this you can't apply service packs until you remove it from the group and add it back at the end.
