We have a 2017 server in one location which is used as an SSIS execution box (SSISDB). It works perfectly fine, but due to consolidations, business decisions we had to move the projects to the new server. When we did that we noticed that package execution went up from few seconds to over a minute. Upon inspection, it turns out the validation tasks are taking significantly longer. Any thoughts as to why that it might be.
Both systems are running SQL Server 2017 with SSIS service.

Not really a clue why it would be slower
Patchlevels of the SSIS box? Power saving options?

Everything is exactly the same to my eye. It could be that the settings on the ESXI could be different, but I've been assured that's not the case.
