Does anyone know where I can get examples, resources or a good books for SSIS?

Have you browsed the article archive here? Last time I poked in there, there were over 100 of varios degrees about SSIS in there.

I agree with Matt. There are some fantastic articles right here that will move you along. As for books, Wrox has a decent one called Professional SSIS. The one our local SSIS geek recommends is from SAMS and is called simply Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Integration Services. The author is Kirk Haselden.

First of all Books On line contains quite a lot of Tutorials and sample packages.

The next stop I would suggest is http://www.sqlis.com

Lot's of articles and samples about SSIS.

First

Download SQL Server 2005 or SQL server 2008 express edition

and attach Adventureworks database from codeplex.com.

There are many tutorials and white paper related to Sql server/ssis

in Microsoft web site.

Do practice.

Next,

go to http://www.sqlservercentral.com, http://www.databasejournal.com, http://www.sqlis.com. read and download articles and practice them to solve similar business challanges.

I love these sites because they are helping me go do my job than my 16 years schooling.
