Hi there, I need some help please. I do not know SSIS and have never had the need to use it yet. I have website on the internet where members can log in and capture there continuous professional development points and I have the same website running as an intranet where admin clerks can capture those members points that do not have access to the internet. Now, I have one table on both databases that I need to synchronise on a daily basis. They look exactly the same. I thought SSIS would be a good call but I don't have a clue where to begin. Anyone willing to help please?! This is rather urgent!

A good place to start is with the BOL tutorial. The following links below should also help you out.
