SSIS in VS.Net 2005 IDE

    If I don't have SQL Server 2005 installed on the machine. then

    Can I open and modify the SSIS packages in Visual studio 2005 team suite edition.

    Or Do I need to install anything on top of it to make SSIS package work on Visual Studio 2005 Team suite
