I have a SSIS package that imports 4 tables from an Access database : Hsystem, H, HMailingAddress and HPhoneNumber.
The package fails to import the HPhoneNumber table with the error: 0x80004005 (Insert conflicts with foreign key...) If I run another package with just HPhoneNumber table without making any changes to the source or destination, it succeeds to import all the rows.
Thanks for all the help on this issue.

Me thinks... you smoking some wicked stuff.
The FK violation does not have anything to do with SSIS. Why don't you set the destination task to redirect error rows and capture them. Are their counterparts in the parent tables?
Cheers,CrispinI can't die, there are too many people who still have to meet me!It's not a bug, SQL just misunderstood me!

Thanks Crispin.
You will not believe that same package with all 4 tables executed successfully at the 3rd attempt without me changing the source or destination. And now, I cannot even reproduce the errors.
Appreciate your response. Per your suggestion, I will set the error redirection henceforth.
