I developed an SSIS package on my XP desktop that successfully extracts data from an MS Access 2003 data base and dumps it into an MS SQL table. The connection manager for the Access file is using Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0.
When I deploy the package on the production server (Server 2008), the connection test succeeds but when I run the package I get the following error: Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 is not registered

If I were a betting man, I'd bet your server was 64 bit. Read up: SSIS in 32- and 64-bits. Hope that helps - if not, please post back.
