Hi,
Has anyone been able to implement a Business Rules engine and able to use these rules within SSIS package? I am trying to build a SSIS framework to be able to use a repository of business rules. Similar to BizTalk or Data Quality.
Will really appreciate if someone can show me a working example of it

What feature of SSIS are you referring to with your comment "the rules within SSIS package" ?

I want to store complex transformation business rules within a rules repository table and then use SSIS to call those transformation rules. Not sure how this can be achieved by SSIS. BizTalk Business Rules Engine (BRE) performs similar task, but unfortunately I do not have the BizTalk.
Data Profiling can be done which tells you about the Quality of the data, but I actually want the transformation rules to be stored and then use some "dynamic sql" or any other methods to utilize the rules via SSIS Package.

I see, so you're looking for a free version of BizTalk Rules Engine that plugs into SSIS.
I suspect you're looking at a non-trivial custom programming venture. Here is one person that has posted their efforts on a similar topic:
You may want to check CodePlex too...there are lots of good open source projects there you may be able to leverage.
