I've learnt SSIS only uses windows authentication.
I can cope with this, and can connect to my integration services instance when i log in as a server administrator (account i installed sql under) or as a second user (who also has admin rights on the box).
When i connect as the second user however, I cannot exapand the 'MSDB' branch under 'Stored Packages'.
The message i get is as follows. Any help most appreciated.

The SQL server specified in SSIS service configuration is not present or is

IT looks like you have an instance of SSIS installed, but not the Database Engine, or the database engine is not configured to allow remote connections.
