  can anyone explain me how does Vault Client and Source Control work in SSIS and how to open projects in BIDS....

  I used Vault in 2007 with VS2005 Team Suites you need the Vault client installed with specific development folder defined but I remember Vault was not keeping changes with new check out so you have to backup your changes before new check out. So ask for the Vault VS2005 addin from your team lead.
