The 2 main ones I've found online are:
- Professional SQL Server 2005 Integration Services (Programmer to Programmer) - http://www.amazon.com/Professional-Server-Integration-Services-Programmer/dp/0764584359
Thing is, from what I have read about the first one, there are very few examples in it, it tends to be more like a dictionary than a tutoring book; and the 2nd one does have examples but they are very poorly written and the sample code is frequently wrong. The general impression is that they have both been rushed.
Can anyone recommend a good SSIS book with examples and correct sample code?

Why 2005? The 2012 version is already out for a few months.
I know a couple of good books, but they are all for 2008.
