Looking at the poll results...
Apart from my obvious disappointment, there's one thing that's really winding me up... a bar saying 66.67% taking up about half the width, rather than 66.67%. Data visualisationists would be horrified.

Thom A - Thursday, January 12, 2017 3:57 AMWhy have the Emoticon characters changed? 🙁 I just got used to putting a hyphen is my Razz emote 😛
I think this is purely down to using a much more modern emoji set now. Sorry for the change, hopefully new options will make up for it.

I'd like to say that was on purpose, but I promise we're not actually gaslighting you.

And compare with the poll results visualisation on the main forums page:
Same numbers. Different pattern.

It seems that the word wrapping goes a bit odd at the end of a line. When you have a word that is long enough to go on to a new line, instead of it starting on a new line, the word ends up being getting split up. You end up with half the word on one line and the other half on the next. Not sure If I have replicated it in this post, but Thomas' post above does it on my screen:
Thom~
Excuse my typos and sometimes awful grammar. My fingers work faster than my brain does.

BrainDonor - Thursday, January 12, 2017 4:08 AMWhen selecting 'Unread' posts - does that mean unread by myself or by anybody?
The first time I used it all of the posts listed had 0 views but now that isn't - so I'm just trying to understand what that button means.
Looking at http://docs.instantasp.co.uk/InstantForumDocumentation/13912/InstantForum-2016-Release-Notes (About half way down) it seems it lists posts that you haven't read yet, rather than posts that haven't been read by anybody.

Yep, we're looking at this. It's an error on our part - trying to account for massive URL strings that weren't wrapping. We should have a fix in before too long, hopefully.

ThomasRushton - Thursday, January 12, 2017 3:40 AMLooks from my first response as there may also be an issue with posts not trimming blank spaceI'll put ten blank lines at the end of this response.
Am fixing that now! 🙂

The automatic removal of the posts is a vast improvement, thank you for that. However, it would be really nice if we didn't even see the subject headings and we're no longer aware of their existence -

I don't like that it jumps me to the end of the thread after I finish reply to a specific post. If I'm not done reading the entire thread, I have to navigate back to where I was. I don't know if this bugs anyone else, though. So please +1 this post if you agree that "jump to the end of the thread after replying to a specific post" is annoying.
Edit: even more annoying. I don't have to reply to a specific post. If I just hit REPLY at the bottom of the page, it does the same thing. GRRR.

I see a case where quoted text looks terrible.

Yes, we're aware of this - there's a bit more work to do after a user is banned, to recalculate the "latest post" information. That's something that should get fixed in the coming days.

I am really not liking the new interface.
There is waaaay too much white space. Makes everything look clunky.
