Hi,
When I connected to SSAS in Management studio, I can able to see 2 databases there. The each database has one cube which is same name as the database name.
When I selected datasource connection string for one cube it is pointing to the local connection. When I connect to the SQL Database Engine in that server I didn't see the database that mentioned in the cube datasource connection string. But the cube process is showing the latest. How come the SSAS cube is processed successfully with out the database available in the connection string?

Do you know if you have permission to access all databases on that server?
What is the last process date of the cube? is it recent? Has it changed since you first looked? Is it a production cube? If it is not, then could someone have restored a database to process the cube locally and then taken the database offline to recover space? Are you able to process a dimension (don't try if it is a production cube). In theory the process should fail it the database isn't there, unless the connection is using an account with elevated permissions.
Can you import the cube project into Visual Studio? The connection can be overwritten on the server so it doesn't have to match, but it may help you work out where to look.

Yes, I have sys admin previliages. I didn’t see any evidence that shows that someone took the database offline. How elevated account can process the cube with out the database?
