Hi guys,
Apologies but I am a total noob when it comes to SSAS. I have literally picked it up today, but have definitely gotten further than I thought I would. I was wondering in a pivot table in excel, say if I have a date dimension table, can I add say the month to the columns without getting a column for every month when viewing the data? I basically want one column named year with what year the row is in, instead of say a column for Jan, Feb, Mar etc.
I don't know if my fundamental understanding of how the pivot table is working is flawed, and what I am trying to achieve is not at all possible, or whether this is a really easy two second fix.
Please if somebody could help me on this one you will make my day!
Additionally, how to I set colors for rows?
