    Hi Guys,

    I am new to MDX Query.

    Need your help. Is it possible to do multiplication between measure values and dimension values.

    E.g. Scenario is:

    I have Price as a member in dimension and quantity as a measure. I want to do multiplication to get total sales.

    something like as below

    Dimension.Price * Measures.Quantiy

    Could you please pass me mdx query if you know how to do this in MDX ?

    your measure can be created based on the amount of sales * cost per product.

    is it possible for you to pass me example mdx query. I am new to mdx i have got no clue how mdx works ?
